Shikanji- wich is a mix of mint and roohafza!
Til, Pudina Malai Paneer Tikka, is sesame crusted cottage cheese kebabs, marinated in stone ground- mint, green chillies and green mango relish, tandoor roasted.
Makkai tey Kalonji di Seekh, is charcoal grilled skewers of harvest’s green gram, young corn kernel and nigella seeds.
Maa Di Daal was simply awesome!
Amritsari Kulche melted in my mouth!
Garam Garam Gulab Jamuns stuffed with Mava!
Mouthwatering Badam Halwa
Rabdi and Jelebi!
Kathal ka Achaar is Indian gooseberries, young jack fruit & green mango pre-tempered in mustard oil with nigella seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, whole red chillies and then cooked in Vinegar!
